These Terms of Service govern your use of Snapdock, operated by Zyro AI LLC.

By using Snapdock, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Snapdock provides managed infrastructure for deploying and running code. We host, execute, and monitor code you upload to the platform.

2. Your Code

You retain all rights to code you upload. We do not read, modify, sell, or share your code. You may export or delete your code at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Snapdock to:

• Run code that violates any law or regulation
• Mine cryptocurrency
• Send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Attack or probe other systems
• Host malware or phishing pages

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

5. Data and Privacy

6. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is published on our Pricing page. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honored through their billing period.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you may export your code. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure.

8. Limitation of Liability

Snapdock is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including lost data, lost revenue, or downtime.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
